Awful

I've been looking brazen to this manuscript good before it was pushed behind over this past summer. Trust me, we REALLY wanted to like this album. we knew it was going to be a bit opposite going underneath a name WZRD instead of Kid Cudi. I'm excellent with different. Part of a interest of Cudi's Man on a Moon is it defied a RAP genre and sampled indie/retro/alternative music. That's what drew me in. Man on a Moon II was a step behind in my opinion. The samples and hooks weren't scarcely as parsimonious and there was no transparent strike single. Album sales were approach off a symbol for his sophomore manuscript as well. The initial Man on a Moon still customarily sells better.
Back to WZRD. The manuscript is all over a place. Dreadful singing, 0 familiar samples. No more, "Where did this beat/melody come from!?" excitement. In one word, it's boring. Cudi claims that he's left all in on this project. He's already tweeted that his subsequent plan will be another WZRD recover usually to annoy Univeral's preference to usually boat out 55,000 albums. My theory is someone during a tip of Universal knew accurately what they were doing. we consider Cudi and association will be acid for a new tag this time subsequent year, hopefully to recover Man on a Moon III.

Waited and waited and we get this

I am NOT one of those that has been following Kid Cudi given his initial album. we was brought in by Man on a Moon II that we loved, and afterwards jumped to Man on a Moon I, that we also loved. Whenever one of my favorite artist's releases something we buy it inevitably, even meaningful it could be a sight wreck. I've been expecting this manuscript for a prolonged time. we am really open to change. I'm high on Kanye West and have nonetheless to be unhappy with his character changes, that he does most each album. So Kid Cudi doing something opposite we wasn't against to.
I gave this manuscript a consummate listen. At some indicate we attempted to remonstrate myself that we favourite it, though this manuscript reminds me of each beginner manuscript recover from a tedious alt-rock band. The some-more we listened we could feel my physique feverishness adult since we hated this manuscript so much. The usually important strain was of Teleport 2 Me, a rest was simply forgettable.
This manuscript wasn't means to mount alone by itself. If we didn't know and honour Kid Cudi as most as we did and was given this cd, I'd chuck it out my automobile window. Suppose we will have to wait for Man on a Moon III and who knows how prolonged that will be. Do yourselves a preference and wait for for Lupe's Food & Liquor II.

Great Album

Short and sweet, it's a good album. Cudi delivers accurately what we was looking for in an album. It's going to be on repeat for a prolonged time. :)
