People, greatfully examination my examination before we squeeze a square of junk.

First of all, in my opinion, a phone is NOT designed for adult uses. Instead, it is designed for kids, generally for girls during age underneath 12. BTW, we bought a phone for my 10 yr. daughter.

Now, let's get into a misfortune part. we bought a phone from newegg, not from Amazon. My daughter used a phone for about a week, and told me a hold shade didn't work in half of a time. You can ONLY use a hold shade to make a call, answer a call, or cancel a call. If a hold shade doesn't work, a phone is useless. You have to spin off energy to cancel a call. we did try to calibrated a phone [...]

I contacted Newegg patron service, and was told a phone was defected and could be returned for refund, though we indispensable to hit Sony Ericsson to emanate a box #, and afterwards they could work on a refund. we called Sony Ericsson during 866-766-9374 on 09/30/2011 Friday afternoon around 4:00PM CST. A lady answered a phone. First she took all my personal info; phone #, dungeon #, address, and e-mail address, and afterwards asked me a phone info and what was wrong. we told her what was wrong, and a seller asked me to hit Sony Ericsson to emanate a box # for refund. After we pronounced that, a lady immediately said, contemptible can't do that, a complement is down. Then we said, Ok, given we got all my info, phone # and e-mail, when a complement is up, can we call me back? The lady became mad, and really angrily pronounced "sir, we am revelation we again, a complement is down, we don't know when it will be back, it could be 5 or 10 minutes, or maybe subsequent week (What penetrate is that, subsequent week???.)". Give me a break! we have never had practice like Sony Ericsson Customer services. The people who work there are lerned to lie, not to solve problems. Their people only like their product!!!

SONY ERICSSON WILL RIP YOU OFF. DO NOT BUY IT!!!!!
