But before subjecting yourself under the knife, you have to do your homework and know the complications of breast reduction surgery.

Infections are the most common complications of breast reduction surgery. Infections may occur within the first few days after the operation. Loss of nipple sensitivity after the procedure is one of the most disturbing complications of breast reduction surgery because this can also affect your personal life. Sensation may return after several months but there is also a possibility that the loss of nipples sensation is permanent.

The complications of breast reduction surgery include the complaints of women on the unsightly appearance of their breasts. There are women who are complaining about the uneven shapes of their breasts or one breast is bigger than the other. Another problem is that the nipples are pointing in opposite directions. Bacterial Vaginosis Home Remedies - Should I Use Them In Trying To Treat My Recurrent Bacterial Vaginosis?

Question from a BV sufferer:

Ok i don't douche and wear pantie liners. I'm very clean but periodically i get this terrible bacterial vaginosis thing, and this time i know it's because i didn't pee after i had sex. I just have one partner not several.

So my question is: I'm very irritated and itchy. I take showers I just read that soap doesn't help so i will avoid that during the next shower, besides the yogurt soaked tampons or just eating it. What can i do like other anti-itching remedies. I heard of baking soda vinegar and water what's that and what do i do insert or what

They only thing i have been using is vagisil which works but my hairs are growing back and irritating it but skins too sore for shaving but the hair isn't a big problem. So i have been today using Vaseline and now baby diaper cream it's helping out a little but i want my cooch to normal without a doctor.

Answer from a specialist:
The above question and cry just explains how women suffer everyday with bacterial Vaginosis and don't really know how to treat it; so this infection goes away and never comes back to disturb them.

I am a retired nurse epidemiologist in STDs. BV most of the time is "gardnerella" which is a bacterial that is in the vagina in a very small amount and really causes no problem until something happens to make it over grow and then you get the vaginal discharge that smells like dead fish, burning with urination. It is NOT an STD.

I found some successful home cures for it which I will give a link to the website. However it really does take an antibiotic called Flagyl to cure it, but most women complain of reoccurrence after using flaggy. You could also have a yeast infection at the same time. DO NOT try baking soda and vinegar as one cancels out the other. I don't know your reason for shaving as it is an invitation for more problems. Douching will only push everything up further. Planned Parenthood or the local health dept. is worth a try, money wise.

There is also this great and effective BV cure guide which teaches women how to naturally treat this condition. I have recommended this guide so many women and most of them had success with it in curing their BV. It is called the bacterial Vaginosis Freedom guide.

Bacterial Vaginosis Recurs When My Boyfriend Ejaculates Inside Me! - What You Should Do So As To Permanently Treat Your Recurrent BV

I had a bacterial vaginosis before but I got it treated immediately. I don't feel its symptoms when I'm not having any sex when he's gone travelling or even when we do it and he doesn't come inside me. I notice it recurs usually two days after he ejaculates inside me. I would love to get pregnant and we're planning to start a family soon.

Do you identify yourself in this situation? Will there are thousands of not millions of women in the world today who go through this on a daily basis. As a matter of fact, BV is a very popular infection which as experts says, 1 out if every 3 to 4 women will develop it during their lives. And how you treat this infection when it first appeared is very important because if not properly treated, you might end up with what is often called recurrent bacterial Vaginosis, and that is what is really difficult to treat as the infection keeps reoccurring every now and then.

It is also a big debate weather this condition is an STD or not. Although it has still continually been debated, more studies have proven that BV isn't an STD. It's more on the disturbance of the vagina's natural pH and lactobacilli presence. The truth is that even sex can change the pH level in the vagina, so while sex is not the main cause of this condition, there is reason to believe that it is one of them.

Some women say the get bacterial vaginosis when they work out, sweat and can't get to a shower in a timely manner. For my case, my Gyn told me to rub Metro Gel on my lips before I work out. I use Metro Gel when I get it.

As you can see this is a very controversial topic and there is still so much research going on in this. However I have noticed that natural remedies are very good in getting rid of this condition. Natural remedies are not just effective; they are safe and usually are void of the many side effects which usually are included in most conventional treatments of this condition.

If you want to try out natural remedies for your Bv then I would recommend this for you: There is this great guide that is actually what helped me to completely cure my BV and ever since, I've never seen it reoccur again. In fact I have recommended this guide to so many of my friends and family members and most if not all of them had the same results like I did. It totally cured their BV and they are now completely BV free. The guide I am talking about is called The Bacterial Vaginosis Freedom Guide.

Healthy Weight Loss - Should You Go On A Diet

Well, like millions of other people, myself included, you have decided that some changes are necessary.

Perhaps you have weighed much too much for too long? Is it just that you have recently put on some unwanted pounds?

What does 'going on a diet' really mean?

The first thing to understand is that you are already on a diet. The fact you are reading this means that your current diet is not the right one to help you to lose weight and stay healthy.

If this is the first time you have felt the need to lose some weight, perhaps you should try one of the 'fad' diets? There seems to be a new one every few weeks and maybe one of them will do the trick for you.

What you will find is that if the new fad diet does not keep you happy, even if you are lighter and healthier, then it is unlikely to suit you for the long term. You might even find that once you have had enough of it, you put on more weight than you lost.

This is a very common problem with diet plans which do not address the whole person.

Your changed eating habits must include keeping you in a positive frame of mind, otherwise the benefits just will not last.

The best way to make sure of this is to stick to just ONE rule:

only eat food you enjoy!

Now I can see that you could have a problem if you really only enjoy things like gut-busting pizzas, do-nuts and high fat fast food snacks. This would need a good deal of re-education.

What about a lunch of scrambled egg, butter, some fresh vegetable and wholewheat toast? Try making your own pizza with fresh healthy ingredients.

Some lean meat, chicken or fish with your favourite vegetables should get the taste buds interested. With just a little research you can soon find hundreds, if not thousands, of ideas for delicious snacks and meals which only include foods you really like.

The key is to make the whole thing a pleasure. Think about your food, anticipate it and enjoy it.

If a 'fad' diet suits you, then by all means stick to it, but if you are like 95 per cent of people, you will be better to design your own 'diet' and be happy losing weight and being healthier.

It is not usually a wise move to make drastic changes to any of your lifestyle habits, your diet being no exception. Try to make the necessary changes gradually and start to see the benefits.

Whatever method or system you choose, it is always a good idea to pick up as many tips, tricks and ideas as you can to help you on your way to happy, healthy weight loss.
